In 1990, Mountain Carpet Services opened and for the past 25 years we have continuously served our community with the highest quality floor coverings and installations. In 1995, Douglas Baysore took over the business and has built Mountain Carpet into one of Mammoth's most trusted and respected businesses. Doug, and Office Manager, Michele Glass, are committed to providing unparalleled service to our clients and believe that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the recipe for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Doug believes that consistent service and a track record of attention to detail will reap bigger profits in the long run.

All of our installers are California licensed and bonded and we have the only certified installers in the area. We also require that our installers undergo yearly training and certification to keep up with today's newest products.

We offer a wide selection of carpet, wood, tile, stone and luxury vinyls. We also have remnants and offer custom area rugs!

2) Flooring Installations

All of our floors are installed by licensed, bonded and certified crews.

3) Showers And Counter Tops

While we do not offer solid granite slab, we offer large format tiles for your counter tops, and a myriad of options for creating your dream shower, tub surround and back splashes.

4) Repairs

Please call us first for all of your carpet repair needs. We can patch burn holes and stretch out those wrinkles.
